No contracts or long-term commitments are required. With COVID-19 and the economy posing so much financial uncertainty, this provides the flexibility organizations need to staff-up at a moment’s notice. And because it’s a cloud-based service, the solution is easy to deploy. No hardware is needed.

Reducing complexity to boost productivity

What’s more, because Upwork Talent Solution customers are able to package-up the most relevant apps and data for specific independent professional projects or jobs, complexity is greatly reduced. A single sign-on, universal search feature and user-friendly view facilitate work from any connected desktop or mobile device. This simplification ultimately saves time and improves overall efficiency. It also gives IT departments the intelligent security data required to keep things running safely and smoothly.

The Upwork Talent Solution’s arrival is particularly timely because—despite financial pressures created by COVID-19—73 percent of hiring managers are continuing or increasing their use of independent professionals and 47 percent are more likely to continue doing so in the future.
